Fume hoods are built to prevent the spread of gas, vapor or smoke generated during the work done inside them to the laboratory environment. Therefore, the main purpose is to protect the laboratory environment and staff.

The unwanted air occurred inside the fume hoods is thrown out by a fan i the fume hood. The fume hoods, whose exhaust system (suction system) do not work, will not provide any protection.

Fume hoods can be produced in different models according to needs. Generally, production is done in 3 different sizes. These measurements are; 120 * 93 * 240 cm - 150 * 93 * 240 cm and 180 * 93 * 240 cm (W * D * H).

In addition, there are 2 IP44 power outlets, 1 LCD control panel and 3 protection fuses on the left front panel of the fume hood.
